(1) The president and members of the military court shall take an oath on the accused's behalf in the format as per Schedule-4.
(2) In the Military Court, the Prad Viwak or the Prad Officer must take an oath on the accused's behalf in the format specified in Schedule-5.
(3) Every person who appears as a witness in the military court must take an oath in the format as per Schedule-6 before being served with the bank paper.
